Raj Shah took over the leadership of Meru Accounting in January 2025 following its acquisition by Confiance. Along with a Chartered Accountancy qualification, Raj brings close to two decades of experience in outsourcing, Accounting, Finance Operations and advisory support across multiple regions. His professional background includes managing complex accounting for clients based in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the Middle East, and East Africa. He has directed end-to-end finance functions for retail chains, service networks, and large property portfolios. His experience includes acting as a virtual CFO for a food chain with over 65 outlets, an auto repair group with more than 50 centers, and a property management company handling upwards of 7000 rental units. Raj is also the founder of Confiance Bizsol Pvt. Ltd., which he established in 2017.
